How Are Spot Trading Fees Calculated?

The rule for spot trading fee collection is: whichever token you receive, that same token will be deducted as the trading fee. The amount deducted is calculated by multiplying the quantity of the token received by the corresponding fee rate.

For example: User A has a fee level of LV1. In the BTC/USDT trading pair, selling 1 BTC to receive 10,000 USDT, the maker fee rate is 0.08% and the taker fee rate is 0.1%. The following scenarios apply:

① If all orders are filled as maker orders, the fee deducted from the USDT received is 10,000 * 0.08% = 8 USDT, and the actual amount received is 9,992 USDT.

② If all orders are filled as taker orders, the fee deducted from the USDT received is 10,000 * 0.1% = 10 USDT, and the actual amount received is 9,990 USDT.

③ If orders are partially filled as taker orders and partially as maker orders, the fee deducted ranges from 8 to 10 USDT, and the actual amount received is between 9,990 and 9,992 USDT.

Notes:

(1) In spot trading, the fee rules are the same for both buyers and sellers — whichever token you receive, that same token is deducted as the trading fee.

(2) Fee rates for different trading pairs should be based on the fee standards in the table below.

(3) Both the spot trading area and the spot margin trading area use the same fee standards listed in the table below.

(4) Taker: When your order matches with an existing order in the order book and is filled immediately, it is considered a taker order.

Maker: When your order does not match any existing orders in the order book and must wait to be filled, it is considered a maker order.

(5) Orders that are not filled will not be charged any fee, and canceling orders also incurs no fee.

Part 5: Strategic Trading Series — Savings Plan

Introduction: We often wonder: in a bull market there are many digital assets that surge in value. If we could consistently capture tokens with significant gains — for example, catching one that doubles every month — after a year your assets would become 2 to the 12th power, which is 4,096 times your initial investment. That's staggering, though of course it's nearly impossible to achieve because it's so difficult to consistently capture surging tokens. This is a common challenge many users face: in a bull market, although
