What to Do if the Seller Doesn't Release Coins After Payment
1. As the buyer in P2P Trading, after you complete the transfer and mark the order as Paid, if the seller does not confirm receipt within 12 hours, the system will automatically generate a ticket and customer support will intervene.
2. While waiting for the coins to be released, you can use the online chat to contact the other party, or call them directly to remind them to confirm receipt and release the coins.
3. If the other party has not responded for a long time, 5 minutes after the order is generated, you can click the "Appeal to Customer Support" button, select "Issue with delayed coin release," briefly describe the situation, and upload a valid proof of payment. Customer support will intervene.
The order under appeal will be displayed in the "Orders Under Appeal" section. Both parties will see the appeal details on their pages. You can click "Appeal Details" to view the appeal content or add additional evidence. Both buyers and sellers can upload up to 6 images each. If the order has been completed, the appeal will be automatically closed.
