How to Become an OKX Certified Merchant?
To become an OKX certified merchant, you need to complete identity verification, margin payment, and document submission as required. After platform approval, you can become a C2C trading merchant. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Meet 4 Certification Conditions
Condition 1: Complete highest-level KYC verification.
Highest-level KYC verification, i.e., video verification, needs to be done in [C2C Buy Crypto].
Open the OKX App homepage, click [C2C Buy Crypto], select [Mine] - [C2C Video Verification] - [Verify Now]. During video verification, please ensure sound is enabled, camera is on, and headphones are not connected. The system will read risk prompts aloud; you don't need to repeat. After confirming the information is correct, please answer [Yes] after the "beep" sound, then submit your documents and wait for review.
Condition 2: Complete 20 buy/sell trading orders
You need to complete 20 or more trading orders in the [Quick Buy] and [C2C Buy Crypto] trading areas.
Condition 3: Your buy/sell trading order completion rate is not less than 90%.
Condition 4: USDT holdings greater than 20,000.
**Note:** During the application period, please ensure your Funding Account has assets greater than 20,000 USDT to avoid application failure.
2. Apply for Certification
After completing the 4 preparation conditions, you can start applying to become a merchant. The process is as follows: Open the OKX official website homepage, click [Buy Crypto] - [C2C Buy Crypto]; on the new page click [More] - [Merchant Program] - [Apply Now].
On the application page, fill in your email address, nickname, residential address and other information as required, upload proof of address, and click [Apply to Become a Merchant].
**Note:** After submitting your application, OKX will process your application within 3 working days. Please wait patiently.
