Why is my deposit not arriving?
When depositing digital assets from other exchanges or wallets to your OKX account, your deposit may not arrive for the following common reasons:
Blockchain confirmation delays, depositing non-platform-supported tokens, incorrect deposit address, or incorrect tag/memo — if you encounter any of the above issues, please contact online customer support or submit a problem report promptly.
1. Normal deposit but delayed arrival due to blockchain confirmation backlog.
If your deposit information is verified as correct and the transaction is visible on the blockchain, the funds have not yet been fully confirmed by the network. Even after the blockchain confirms the transaction, there may be additional processing time as the funds sync to the platform wallet. Please wait patiently.

2. Depositing a token not supported by the platform, resulting in failed arrival.
Before depositing, please confirm that the token you are depositing matches the token supported by the platform. If the full token name or contract address does not match, the deposit will fail to arrive. You will need to submit a 【Problem Report】 — for certain tokens, our engineering team may assist with returning the funds.
3. Depositing to the wrong address or selecting the wrong deposit network, resulting in failed arrival.
Before depositing, please carefully verify the deposit address and deposit network. Do not deposit LTC to a BTC address, or deposit assets on an ERC20 network to another chain — this will result in the assets failing to arrive. If you encounter this situation, please submit a 【Problem Report】 promptly and our engineering team will handle it as soon as possible.

4. Incorrect tag/memo, resulting in failed arrival.
Some tokens require a tag (Memo/Tag) when depositing. Please ensure you correctly fill in the tag for that token when depositing. If the tag is entered incorrectly and the deposit fails to arrive, you will need to submit a problem report including: the deposited token, amount, correct tag, incorrect tag, and the transaction hash — our engineering team will follow up on the matter.

Currently, OKX does not support smart contract deposits, bulk deposits, certain token block reward deposits, and some tokens have minimum deposit limits. Deposits made via any of the above methods will not arrive. Please contact online customer support or submit a problem report promptly.
If your deposit has not arrived, please verify as follows
- If the blockchain shows unconfirmed and the block confirmation count has not yet reached OKX's required deposit confirmation number, please wait patiently.
- If the blockchain shows confirmed and the block confirmation count has reached OKX's required deposit confirmation number, please contact our online customer support or submit a problem report. Also provide the Tx ID, token name, amount, and deposit time — our staff will confirm as soon as possible.
How to check deposit status on the blockchain
Log in to the OKX official website on your PC, click Assets in the top right corner — Deposit — All Deposit Records, then click View under the transaction hash (Tx ID) to jump to the blockchain and view the deposit status.

5. Strategic Trading Series — Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA)
Preface: We often wonder: during a bull market, there are many digital assets that surge in value. If we could continuously capture tokens with significant gains — for example, catching one token that doubles each month — after a year your assets would grow to 2 to the power of 12, which is 4,096 times. That's quite staggering, though of course it's nearly impossible to achieve, as it's very difficult to consistently catch surging tokens. This is a common challenge many users face: during a bull market, although
