Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived yet?

When withdrawing digital assets from your OKX account to another exchange or wallet, the funds may not arrive. This is usually caused by one of the following reasons:

When the withdrawal status shows Pending Withdrawal or Withdrawal in Progress, the system is processing the withdrawal in queue, which is usually due to a high volume of withdrawal requests. The system processes withdrawals one by one based on the time each withdrawal request was submitted. This process cannot be manually expedited, so please be patient.

When the withdrawal status shows Manual Review, the withdrawal has triggered the system's random manual review for risk control, and you will need to cooperate with the risk control specialist by providing the required materials for review. The withdrawal will continue only after the review is completed.

When the withdrawal status shows Withdrawal Successful, it means your withdrawal request has passed the review, the assets have been withdrawn from the platform as normal, and have been sent to the blockchain awaiting confirmation.

If your account still shows the assets as not received, this may be caused by one of the following situations:

1. Normal withdrawal, but delayed due to blockchain confirmation backlog.

If the withdrawal information is confirmed to be correct, the withdrawal record can be found on the blockchain, but the block is waiting for network miner confirmation. Once the block is fully confirmed, if the funds still have not arrived, please contact the deposit platform.

2. Incorrect network selected for withdrawal, resulting in failure to receive funds.

Please carefully verify the withdrawal network before withdrawing. When making a withdrawal, you must select the same chain network as the deposit platform. Never deposit assets from a network such as ERC20 to a different chain network, as this will result in the assets failing to arrive. If this occurs, please contact the deposit platform to handle it.

3. Missing or incorrect memo/tag filled in, resulting in failure to receive funds.

Some tokens require a memo/tag to be filled in when withdrawing. When depositing, the token's memo must be filled in correctly. If the memo is filled incorrectly or not filled in, causing the funds to fail to arrive normally, please contact the deposit platform promptly to handle it.

If your withdrawn funds have not arrived, please verify by following the steps below

  • If the blockchain shows the Trading as unconfirmed, please wait patiently until the block is fully confirmed
  • If the blockchain shows confirmation complete, but your account still does not show the funds received, since OKX has already completed the withdrawal operation to the blockchain, we cannot provide further assistance, please contact the deposit platform.

After your withdrawal request is successfully submitted, delays may occur due to blockchain congestion. If after 1 hour the withdrawal record in your funds account still has not generated a Tx ID hash value, please contact online customer support and attach a screenshot of the withdrawal record, and we will handle it for you as soon as possible. Requests without screenshots will have lower processing priority.

How to check withdrawal progress on the blockchain?

Log in to the OKX official website, click Asset Management in the upper right corner — WithdrawalAll Withdrawal Records, find the withdrawal record for the token you want to check. If the status shows Pending Withdrawal or Withdrawal in Progress, please wait patiently for the review to complete.

When the withdrawal status shows withdrawal successful, you can click the arrow button on the right side of the Tx ID hash address, which will automatically jump to the blockchain to display the withdrawal details.

5. Strategic Trading Series — Coin Savings Plan

Preface: We often have this speculation: In a bull market, there are many digital assets that surge significantly. If you could continuously capture tokens with large gains, such as capturing a token that doubles every month, your assets would become 2 to the 12th power, i.e., 4,096 times, after a year — which is quite astonishing. Of course, this is also something nearly impossible to achieve, because it is very difficult to continuously catch tokens that surge. This is also a problem many users encounter: In a bull market, although
